One of the Founding Partners of Pacin Levine, PA., Mark A. Levine is a skilled litigator in both the trial and appellate levels.
Upon receiving his legal degree at the age of twenty-four, Mark began his career as an Assistant State Attorney for the Second Judicial Circuit, Leon County, Florida, where he honed his trial skills in the Courtroom, having tried and obtained convictions on a wide array of criminal matters.
After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Mark focused his experience on trial and appellate practice while working with the insurance defense industry in the areas of general liability litigation and first party claims. At Pacin Levine, P.A., Mark concentrates his practice on auto accidents, personal injury protection and declaratory actions. Mark’s appellate abilities have also earned him a number of published opinions throughout the State of Florida..
Mark has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida as well as its Federal District Courts. In 2013 and 2014, he was voted by his peers as one of Florida Trend Magazine’s “Legal Elite.” He also maintains an “Excellent” rating with Avvo, one of the nation’s largest legal forums.
Mark is Florida educated, having received his undergraduate degree from the University of Miami, and his degree in Law from Florida State University, where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Florida State University Business Law Review. Mark is a member of the Collier County Bar Association, the Dade County Bar Association and the Jewish Federation of South Florida.
