One of the Founding Partners of Pacin Levine, PA., Mark A. Levine is a skilled litigator in both trial and appellate practice.
Upon receiving his legal degree at the age of twenty-four, Mark began his career as a trial attorney with State Attorney’s Office for the Second Judicial Circuit, Leon County, Florida, where he honed his advocacy skills in the Courtroom, having tried and obtained favorable verdicts on a wide array of criminal matters.
After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, Mark turned to civil practice, serving as Federal and State litigation and appellate counsel for various well known multi-state insurance companies and private corporations based throughout the southeastern United Stated. It was with this experience that Mark established Pacin Levine, P.A., utilizing his knowledge of the inner workings of the insurance machine to better the lives of people throughout the State of Florida through industrious and dynamic representation in the fields of personal injury, workers compensation, employment disputes and insurance litigation.
Mark has been published by academic journals and his work cited by the courts. He has also been voted by his peers as one of Florida Trend Magazine’s “Legal Elite.” He is a member of the Dade County Bar Association and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation.
Mark obtained his Juris Doctor Law from the Florida State University where he served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Florida State University Business Law Review. However, his heart (and football allegiances) remains with his college alma mater, the University of Miami.
