Roberto Alba is an Associate Attorney at Pacin Levine, P.A. He concentrates his practice on the representation of the injured against the negligent and their insurers in personal injury cases and insurance claims.
Prior to joining Pacin Levine, Roberto worked in the field of securities and financial markets regulation, protecting the public from financial and banking fraud at the D.C. Securities Bureau and the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission in Washington D.C. Having since returned to Miami, Roberto is now lending the same passion he applied to the protection of the public to clients who have personal injury claims and who are involved in disputes with insurance companies.
Born in Havana, Cuba and raised in his adopted hometown of Miami, Florida, Roberto earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida International University and his Juris Doctor from the American University Washington College of Law in Washington D.C. where he was a member of the American University Business Law Review. Public spirited at heart, he taught constitutional law to students in D.C. public schools as a Marshall-Brennan Fellow.
When he isn’t working to aggressively advance the cause of his clients, Roberto can be found enjoying fitness activities, diving, fishing, and supporting the Miami Heat, the Dolphins and the Hurricanes at sporting events.
